Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we are thriled to offer international delivery! Please contact our team at hello@gemelointeriors.com to discuss international deliveries.
How long will it take to get my orders?
Depending on your item, deliveries can take anywhere from 8-20 weeks as an estimate. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Do you offer warranty on your products?
All out items come with a 12-month warranty that excludes general wear and tear. If there are structural issues, the item will be covered under warranty. The Gemelo team will determine if the issue will be best resolved via a replacement or repair.
Please refer to our Refund Policy for further information regarding lodging a warranty request.
What is your quality control?
All items are thoroughly checked before being dispatched for shipping at our Cheltenham showroom. Once our team has reviewed the item and is satisfied with the checks, your item is shipped.
How will my item arrive?
Your item will arrive in a secure, waterproof wrapping within a sturdy plywood box.
What is your shipping process?
All of our interior pieces are delivered through our nominated couriers. We have allocated 2 days per week to send out all items for delivery.
Please note that we are unable to send your order to any Australian Post Parcel Pickup locations or PO boxes. We ask you to ensure that you have a residential or commercial address available for delivery.
What are your shipping charges?
All freight and shipping charges are paid directly to a third party service and are therefore non-refundable.
The automatic delivery method will always be for a standard delivery on the ground floor. This does not include bringing your item/s into your premises and will be delivered to the closest threshold of your address.

How can I track my item?
You will be contacted via text message and/or phone call for the estimated time of delivery for your item by our nominated freight company. Due to this service, we are unable to provide a live tracking service.
Do you offer express shipping?
You can choose for your item to be shipped via air to secure a faster delivery. The costs associated depend on the size and weight of your item.
