Yes, we offer international shipping. If located outside of Australia, please contact us to discuss delivery options and obtain a tailored quote for your location.

How long will it take to get my orders?

Timeframes vary depending on the piece, with current lead times typically between 10–16 weeks. Each item is made with care and attention to detail, and we will keep you updated throughout the process so you know exactly when to expect your delivery.

Do you offer warranty on your products?

Yes. Every Gemelo piece is covered by a 12-month warranty, reflecting our commitment to quality and craftsmanship. This warranty protects against faults in materials and workmanship, giving you confidence in the ongoing value of your furniture. Please note, general wear and tear is not included.

What is your quality control?

Each Gemelo piece is meticulously examined at every stage of its creation, with a final inspection before packaging to ensure it meets our exacting standards. From craftsmanship to finishing detail, we take every measure to guarantee your piece meets our standards of craftmanship and durability.

How will my item arrive?

Your item will be securely packed in a plywood box with protective covering to ensure it arrives safely. For an elevated experience, we also offer a white glove delivery service for an additional fee, which includes unpacking, placement, and removal of all packaging.

What is your shipping process?

We ship Australia-wide, with secure packaging to ensure your item arrives safely. If you prefer, you can also collect your order directly from our Malvern showroom.

Deliveries are handled by our nominated couriers, with dispatch scheduled twice a week. Please note we’re unable to deliver to PO boxes or Australia Post Parcel Pickup locations, so a residential or commercial address is required.

Our delivery charges cover convenient door-to-door service with clear street access. If you require white glove delivery or have specific access considerations, additional fees may apply—simply let us know your requirements, and we’ll make the necessary arrangements.

How can I track my item?

We will keep you updated throughout the process. You will receive updates during the production stage and when your piece is complete. Once your item is packaged, we will provide shipping details so you can track its journey to you.

Do you offer express shipping?

You can choose for your piece to be shipped via air to secure a faster delivery. The costs associated depend on the size and weight of your item.
