Refund Policy

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Gemelo Interiors is bound by Australian consumer law and align our terms and conditions with these laws.

Our Policy

We strongly encourage your to take you time when deciding upon your desired pieces as we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges if you change your mind or make a wrong selection. This policy includes orders which have not been shipped.

Once your order has been confirmed, meaning you have paid in full or made your first payment instalment, the order can no longer be cancelled. If you would like to cancel, you will forfeit 50% of the item/s total amount.

Payment Terms

We believe in providing flexibility and convenience when it comes to payment options. To make your shopping experience seamless, we offer two payment methods to suit your preference:

  • Pay in full securely and conveniently through our website. Alternatively, if you prefer a more personalised approach, we can generate an invoice for you. Simply let us know your requirements, and we will promptly provide you with the necessary details to make the payment.
  • We offer a convenient 50% deposit option to confirm your order, with the remaining 50% payable prior to delivery.

Damaged Goods

Our products are carefully inspected for any faults or damage prior to shipment. If an item is deemed faulty, we will gladly offer a replacement or a credit note.

To initiate a replacement, please contact us on hello@gemelointeriors.com within 48 hours of delivery of your item. Please include images and details of the damage or fault in your correspondence with us. 

The Gemelo team will assess the fault or damage, and organise for a mutually suitable course of action. 

Warranty

All Gemelo pieces are covered by a 12-month warranty. 

This does not include general wear and tear.

Delays

Due to the current global shipping crisis, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on delayed items as this is completely out of our control.

This includes refunds or exchanges on full payments and partial payments on your order.
