Our Process

Initial Contact
Begin by completing our booking form. A member of our design team will then be in touch to discuss your project, confirm key details, and schedule your 60-minute consultation.

60-Minute Consultation
Your consultation can take place in our showroom or virtually, depending on your preference. During this session, we will gain a deeper understanding of your space, design vision, and requirements. For showroom visits, explore our selection of upholstery and natural stone. For virtual visits, selected fabrics can be sent directly to our clients to review.

Detailed Quotation
Following the consultation, your designer will provide tailored advice and inspiration, along with a detailed quotation. This includes curated furniture selections, complimentary fabric swatches and samples to help bring your vision to life.
